Date set for Annual Golf Scramble |

The annual Michelob Golf Scramble is set for Sunday, July 12th. Registration starts at 7:30 AM followed
by a shootgun start at 8:30 AM. You can download a registration form for this

Jaycee Scholarship Awarded to Paint Valley Senior |

The Jaycees would like to congratulate Paint Valley senior McKenzie Reutinger for winning the
Chillicothe Jaycees, $1,000 scholarship. McKenzie impressed us with her strong academic base as
well as her involvement in many extracurricular activities such as FFA and Science Club. She
received numerous awards in Science Club from a two year research project on bio-diesel fuel.
McKenzie claims that the research she did “sparked her interest in Engineering”. McKenzie will
be attending Wright State University in the fall with a major in Bio-Medical Engineering.

Ross County Idol |

This year the Jaycees are co-sponsoring the Ross County Idol Contest with Chillicothe OB-GYN. Top prize is
$1,000 cash and recording time with Paul Pollard Prodcutions. The Junior Idol winner will receive a $500
savings bond. Applications are available at Ameristop and Sunshine
tanning. Applications need to be turned in by May 13, 2009. Preliminary audtions start on Saturday, May 16, 2009.
The contest runs through Memorial Day Weekend. For more information, check out the
