Blogger - Blogger is a message board site owned by Google which basically
functions as a chat room. Blogger in this case is used to help enhance contact
between fellow Jaycees. However, Blogger could also be used to provide real-time
information and FAQ forums to the public for certain projects such as Special Santa and the Halloween
Parade. Once created the blog could then be linked off of the corresponding
project's page, providing access to the public.
Jaycee Email Accounts - Setting up a Jaycee email account allows for you
to set up an email account at our domain name after the "@" sign (eg. halloweenparade@chillicothejaycees.org).
By doing this, it gives the public an easy to remember contact address and keeps
the project chair's information private, which is good for reducing spamming
schemes. If would
like to set up a Jaycee email account for your project, please contact your
administrator.
Online File Folder - Online File Folder offers group-wide access to
important documents of the Chillicothe Jaycees. Users may upload and download
documents to this folder from anywhere with an internet connection. By doing
this our projects will be protected from computer crashes or lost files.
Website Statistics - Website Statistics provides an analysis of our
website traffic. Figure out where people are going on our site, what they are
looking for, and compare statistics such as how long they spend on our site.
This tool could be useful for advertising in the future.
